Old Southern Sky is an expansion of my mini mountain collection. Allowing me more time to draw out and reflect on the simple greatness of home. 

 

Born in Flagstaff, Arizona and spending my early years around the rim of the Grand Canyon formed a deep love for the Great American West. The vast landscapes, enormous trailing clouds and distinct seasons which each has an unpredictable fierceness. Old Southern Sky blends the love I have for both my homelands. These paintings are a thank you to the High Country, a thank you to the gold tinted mountains, thank to the afternoon hues, and high plains. Thank you for the solace.
